Anybody tried caloric cycling?
Hello everyone,
I am intrigued but caloric cycling (a.k.a Zigzag dieting or every other day diet).
Has anyone tried this? I am not referring to the EODD where on alternate days you may eat as little as 400 calories...
but I am interested in the versions where you might have less of a drastic change from day to day to prevent plateaus and to boost your metabolism:
ie: for Fat loss
Monday 1779 calories
Tuesday 1740
Wednesday 2100
Thursday 1780
Friday 1740
Saturday 1960
Sunday 1779
I would appreciate any feedback, thanks B.

I usually allow myself 1 cheat day or meal a week. Some of my cheats are pretty bad (see below, all was good until I gave in to the late night munchies)! BTW after my casein protein, I was ready to go to sleep. Got up, left the house consumed another 1500+ cals, 240 + grams of carbs, then went to sleep.
