Thanks guys for the kind words.

I started a running program at the start of January and it's already paying off. Just this morning I was able to run 3 miles, taking only a minute break between each mile. It felt amazing.

I've only lost 2 pounds since I last posted... but I can still see a difference.
5/15/2009: 335 pounds ----> 9/20/2010: 220 pounds 115 pounds lost!
