Does anyone have a favorite resource for primal/paleo/semi-paleo recipes? I've experimented a little on my own on veggie and meat prep but I'm terrible with sauces.
I do use a little quinoa and rice now and then as they don't give me the typical grain bloat and fog that I get from wheat and oats, so I'm square with recipes that include those.
1) eat real food - more vegetables, moderate meat, moderate fruits, less grains, less sugar, less vegetable oils.
2) exercise - moderate intensity cardio, sprinting, heavy lifting, dedicated stretching and mobility.
3) live - relax, de-stress, meditate.
