I just looked back at my past weigh ins and it's only been 9 short weeks ago that I was at my lowest since tracking here on fitday. 9 weeks.....crazy how much damage one can do in only 9 weeks! I wonder if it will take me 9 weeks to get it back off? I'm about to find out!

Canada Day/Independence Day Challenge Goal - 125 lbs.
