Good morning all! Checking in with day 21 of my current 30 day was 40 minute HIIT that consisted mainly of cardio and abs. I'll be doing day 2 of the new 30 day challanege this afternoon/evening. Tomorrow is weigh day, so I'll want to get in a last chance workout! Who's with me?!?!

Have a great day all and remember your goals! While you're remembering your goals, remember why you started. I find that helps me stay on track to think about what got me to where I am today and what got me to where I was just a few short months ago. I don't want to go back there...ever! Thinking about this also helps me get my butt out of bed to workout at 4:45 am!
