I also use with plain yogurt and grated onion.
It takes great with tuna, chicken breast, turkey ham...
delicious and low cal sandwich spread.
Start 9/9/2013: 105Kg - 231Lbs.
12/3/13 - 98.7Kg - 217Lbs
1st Goal: 95 Kg - 210Lbs.
2nd Goal: 85Kg - 190Lbs.
3rd Goal: 75Kg - 165Lbs.
Total Loss: 6.3Kls - 14Lbs
