Question How do I stop night eating??

I do good all day, I eat a few meals, I run at least 8 miles a day and then at night I ruin it all. And it's not all just before I got to bed eating. I'll wake up at 2am and munch on rice cakes and whatever else I can get my hands on that doesn't alert anyone that I'm eating. It's driving me insane and I don't know how to make it stop. I keep water and crystal lite by the bed so i can just drink if I wake up... but I don't. I eat eat eat eat...
