The first day of dieting beggins.
 
My names Ricky and I'm from Oregon. I am a 19 year old the is 6 feet tall and an astonishing 294 pounds! I don't look that weight at all because I fill in well but I can't believe it has gotten this bad. My goal weight is 270 by July 15th but I hope to get down to about 260 by then. Any support will be appreciated....I'll need it...Thanks :)

Hey Ricky, I think if you stick with Fitday and log your foods, you will find that losing 24 pounds will be quick and painless. Don't think of it as dieting and view it as a lifestyle change.

Agreed, fitday is a great weight loss tool. It might take you a few days/weeks to figure out what works for you, but once you get a handle on things, it's a cinch. Well, um maybe a cinch + willpower... Good luck honey.
