Yes, you can lose weight without exercise.
 
One can definitely lose weight without exercise by compromising with calorie intake through meals. If someone reduces calorie intake on regular basis, then definitely the body weight begins to reduce. But in such conditions, the body becomes very weak. The result can be anything if the the practice will keep going.
