    I'm down again this week! Down 1.4 lbs. After 8 weeks of bouncing up and down from 134-130 I've finally have a streak of loss for 4 weeks in a row. I hope I can keep this going!

    Libby - Keep it up with the exercise. The only thing I've done different in the past 4 weeks is to up the intensity and duration of my workouts. I'm sure the exercise will help you get the scale moving! Hang in there!
