on a fitness journey
I wanna go on fitnesss journey so got some questions,and would love to hear some wise advices .And i wanna know if any1 used this ebook that i came across Fitness Training Program, Personal Fitness Training Program at Maximum Fitness Australia i heard some good stuff about this literature but i wana make sure its not another scam of fitness media and that it is not some magic way to lose weight that requires minimum effort

See there is lot of info and material available but i advice you to follow only that much of it which is scientifically proven !!
