Hit the big 50 this morning!
 

Woke up this morning and stepped on the scale to learn that I have lost 50lbs since joining fitday.com in January! Almost there.

50 pounds! That's great - good for you. Keep it going, it looks like you will make your goal with a few weeks to spare.

I say you've earned it and should just go for it, if the wife gives you any flack you simply tell her your a slim trim metro-sexual and invite her along to go with. Seriously, no red-blooded woman is going to turn down a day of spoil-me-rotten, pre-approved by the mate.

The man-petti may be nice Farr but I would understand if you just have a cold one. Stay with it, your almost at your goal.
