Giving away your weight
 
I read an article that says you should develop a consciousness of giving or contributing your weight to people that need.
Losing creates another mentality or belief that if you to lose weight, it will leave either looking for it and replacing it again,or continusly wanting more.
When you are creating a new belief with your subconscious mind, make sure that you agree to contribute your weight and give away to people in the world.
doesn't make sense, but if you believe you are losing it, you body or mind will try to find it back..that will be in your mind..
sounds weird but try it.

I don't understand how this works in practice. Can you give an example of how you contribute your weight? Is there a physical manifestation of your 'weight' involved, or is this an entirely ideological technique?

I just count calories and carbs and walk at least an hour a day.

And I went totally sugar-free, including all the hidden sugars.

I was Very sceptical
 
My friend showed me this, I was very reluctant and sceptical but I thought I need to loose weight and get that beach body. So I thought why not?

WOW!!! WOW!!!!

its amazing, I look and feel so much better.
