Sexy Sisters 5 week heart healthy challenge
 

I have set up a buddy challenge for the next 5 weeks at my Renaissance Women on the Move FB page. Ladies choose a partner and post their success plan at the beginning of the week and their combined weight loss and work out hours at the end of each week. The winner partners will be announced December 31st.

It is a great way to become proactive in preventing those holiday over-indulgences. My partner and I will begin tomorrow! The partnership and the posting raises the accountability and the fun! :)
