a tip to burn calories effectively
 
after done ur meat,do not sit within 45 mins,it can keep u from increacing fat in ur body.then,after 45 mins,just walk or do some exercise may burn calories more effecitively.;)

tips for burn calories in few time
 
list of tips :-
-Jump rope
-Climp a rockwall
-Throw some punches
-Try plyometrics

Hi Emma. Interesting tip. So basically after I have my meal I should NOT sit down for at least 45 minutes and after that I should do some exercise to accelerate the burning of calories?

Yes, after taking your meals specially after dinner, don't go to bed early. Walk at least 20mins. It'll help to digest your foods easily as well as burn your extra calories.

For burning calories water is best. We should drink lot of water. Green tea is also good. We should start doing jumping rope and running because both are good exercises for fat burning.

Usually we never use to walk or do any kinda exercise after having our meals, so this is such a new tips for me especially and I'm sure it's going to work.
