Slim pickin's this challenge! Come on all you slackers!
I'm not aiming for 10% because I think that's not something I'm going to be able to achieve, given my rate of loss and my current mindset. So I've decided to aim for less than 150 lbs, basically. I'd really hoped to hit goal by October, but I think I'll aim for just over 10 lbs, and be happy if I get farther!

I think I've hit a plateau, and worse yet, I have been experiencing a fluctuation of about 8 lbs. I changed up my workout last night & I am hoping that helps me kick back into gear.

This is my first time working on a challenge... Not sure what prompted me to join, but having a set goal is sure keeping me on track . I suspect I'll join other challenges in the future given my results so far . And thanks for starting the thread Mattymath
