weight loss
 
Hey everybody, well im new around here so heres a little bout myself
I a student, 5 ft 7 and i weigh aroun 138 pounds

So the thing is that i wana lose weight, but every diet i tried duznt work :(
i was trying to get down to 110 pounds

anybody got any suggestions?

I'd love to be 138 and I'm also 5'7!!
My sister is 5"5 and she weighs about 130. And she's a very good weight, not too skinny not too fat. Are you sure 110 lbs wouldn't be too thin? 138 sounds perfect IMO.

There may be reasons for weight loss that are not due to an underlying disease. Examples include dieting, exercise, malnutrition, or lack of access to food.

Try Cardio at least 20-25 Minutes daily.
Keep a healthy lean diet
Drink more water and cut out sugary items.
Be consistent.
