Sun 4/4....3.6 miles
Mon 4/5...3.75 miles
Tues 4/6...3.25 miles

Monday: 1.8 miles

Wednesday: 1 mile

Thursday: 1.5 miles

I'm on a 2+ week road trip to shoot photos (ok...I'm the sherpa, not camera person). Tuesday was 900 miles of drives -- not much time for walking.
Wednesday walked 9 miles - mostly Caynonlands NP (Moab UT),
Thursday 4 miles - Arches & state land around Moab,
Friday 3 miles, Mesa Verde NP (cortez Co.)

Eating pretty heathly (getting hotels w/ kitchens/microwaves)
Bad news is I will be 2 1/2 weeks w/o weighing myself.

toofarwest...I don't know how you do it. My feet hurt, my calves and thighs are screaming.

If I survive this trip I might end up in pretty good shape!
(But still with major lbs to lose)

Even if you are a Sherpa, I would love to be there with you, just love that area, and there is a huge difference between my walking and your HIKING.
