Transform Your Life Today
Social discrimination, low self-esteem and even thoughts of ending life are mental and emotional health issues caused by being overweight. Obese people are seen lazy and lacking in willpower or incapable of looking after themselves properly. So they tend to feel being discriminated, judged, mistreated and socially undesired. These factors increase their chances of anxiety and depression.
Apart from walking around with that extra weight isn’t attractive, it will kill you if you won’t take the appropriate steps. Do not be like those people who’re just waiting until it is too late, until doctors give the awful news that you’re overweight, or worse have disease.
Our health is the most important thing in our life. So it is our best interest to maintain a healthy weight.
