2012 Commitment

2012 Commitment
Okay gang we are facing the holidays. For some of us it may be hard to get back into healthy habits after blowing it over the next two weeks. I want each and everyone of you to meet me back here by Jan 3rd. For those that keep posting that won"t likely be an issue. For those that ignore fitday and journalling for 10 days it can be very hard to start again. Shall we do a FITDAY pinky swear?
When we come back it would be fun to have a thread for our fitness goals for 2012.
I will be back no matter what damage I do between now and Jan 3rd. Looking forward to seeing you all here for support - both giving and receiving.

Mary, I am in like Flynn. I'll be here come hell or high water. Going to camp for five days and fully intend to drink too much and eat plenty of good food (no junk, however, I DO have my standards!).
Regards,
Michael

It is the 2nd day of a brand shiny new year. I'm committing myself to maintaining my active lifestyle, keep eating clean, and making sure that I have lots of social interactions.
I will NOT stop exercising when life gets difficult and complicated, because that's when I need it the most.
I will NOT resort to calorie laden comfort food when I am sad, mad or troubled.
