Small Victory This Morning
When I started my weight loss journey in early January I weighed in at 261. Every morning I got up and stood on the scale and read the digital display. Slowly but surely the pounds ticked off. This morning I weighed in at 229.4 and it was a real sense of accomplishment to see two consecutive 2's as opposed to a 23x, 24x, 25x or a 26x. Feels good to enter a new strata!

woo hoo that's awesome. congrats!!!!

Very Nice!
Man don't you love a morning readout like that? 32 pounds in 2 months is absolutely amazing! I myself hit a new strata today as well, finally crossed from above 200 to 199.1!!! And let me just say it was a long time in coming! I've been hovering at 200-201 for several days, like I might be stuck there FOREVER!
