Im going to be brave and join this. My starting weight is higher then the rest. I weighed
335.6 on 02.10.10 i am now 325.4 10 pounds.. ok start I am planning to be 250 by September. I hope! |

I am down 1 lb this week, was hoping for more but I'll take a loss over a gain any day! :) Not losing as fast as I anticipated, but I have drastically changed my eating habits, and sure do feel good.
