Interesting Blog (fit2fat2fit)

http://fit2fat2fit.com

It's about a guy who went from being wicked fit to just lounging around the house and gained 75 pounds in 6 months to back to fit again.

I feel similar in the sense I stopped exercising in July after my honeymoon and gained 16 pounds...eeek!

Yes, I saw that on Yahoo. It will be very interesting to see how fast he can get back into shape.

Regards,
Michael

I saw that too. It will take him no time at all. Muscle memory is a cool thing and I bet the weight will fly off b/c he's gaining it so quickly. I'd bet within 2-3 months he'll be back to where he was, or very close.

75 lbs is alot to gain in 6mo. I doubt he will see the same mid section as before. I imagine some lose skin. I will be watching to see what he does-will be interesting.

Yeah, this is really interesting. Not sure if this has ever been done before in the history of the world, but I'd be surprised.

LOL he hoped to gain "50-60" and so far he's gained over 70! Kicking off his endeavor by trying to down a dozen doughnuts was truly sensational. This is going to be very cool to watch!

Whoa! Never would have guessed. What's the point of this? It appears to be like painting a mustache on the Mona Lisa. :D

They bulk up in the off season to put on as much size as possible so when the cut for a contest, they'll be ripped AND huge. Kinda like down here in Louisiana, they burn the marsh in the off season and it grows back thicker and greener. Do a google search of Jay Cutler off season.
