6 week challenge - starting Saturday
 
Hi everyone

I'm new to the forum, and I'm keen to exercise and lose weight with some online friends.

I can't offer any great prize for getting through this challenge, however, I'm hoping that we can support each other and keep each other accountable over the next 6 weeks.

On Saturday we will need to provide the following measurements:

-Waist
-Hips
-Upper arm x 2
-Thigh x 2
-Weight

Come and join me! I will be following a low carb/paleo diet, and I will also be exercising every day - a mix of cardio, weights and yoga.

I have approx 8kg to lose. Come and lose it with me.

I did 90mins elliptical today, and had planned to do weights but ran out of time ..
I'm looking fwd to having company.
My profile is public, so my food and exercise will be available for anyone to read, but I will post exercise and progress everyday.
I'm watching 'eat yourself sexy' and getting inspired!

Awesome - weigh in tomorrow, I'm a little scared .. hmmm.
Haven't done my exercise for the day yet, but plan on 60mins elliptical trainer.

Count me in. This works well with a challange I have with some friends to lose 10 pounds by Dec 1st. I'll measure tomorrow morning -- before thanksgiving dinner. Mary

Hi everyone

I've done my measurements, and weighed in .. 78kg.

The only way is down, right?!

About to jump on my elliptical trainer for 45, and then off to the gym for a group circuit session.
