Such an actual topic! I've been drinking green tea for a few months now, and it seems to help with my weight loss journey. I usually have a cup in the morning and another in the afternoon. It's a nice, light alternative to coffee and has other health benefits too. By the way, has anyone tried adding electrolytes to their routine? I heard good things about drink lmnt customer service if you need it. Green tea and proper hydration seem to make a good combo for me!
