Default Losing weight with Cardio

Every person has a target Heart rate that they want to achieve to burn the maximum amount of calories when doing cardio, and is calculated by taking your maximum heart rate, and taking a per cent of that, and you will know what your heart rate should be during your cardio to get the maximum calorie burning effect.

For example, you are 45 years old, you take .67 times your age, in this case, 45X.67=30.15

Now, you take the number 206.9 and minus 30.15= 176.75
(MAXIMUM HEART RATE).

As a beginner, your target heart rate should be 60 to 70 Per Cent of that.

In this example, 176.75 X 60% to 70%= 106 to 123

This is referred to as low intensity.

A moderate intensity cardio session for the more advanced crowd would be a heart rate of 70% to 80%.

Experts often recommend working at a moderate intensity to build fitness and lose weight.

Plug in your numbers and remember your target heart rate when going to the gym or using your home gym.

Most gyms have some machines where the heart rate monitors seem to work.

Even though opinions differ, the very best time to do cardio is when you just wake up, or at the gym after your work out.

The reason for either of those is because if most of your carbs previously eaten are exhausted your body will look next to fat to burn for fuel.

Hopefully this helps
