Drinking a lot of water helps. I notice that I lose the best when I am over 80 oz a day. Some members here drink a gallon (128oz) a day.
It's not always easy to get in that much water so I make little challenges for myself. I can't get my lunch out of the fridge until I have finished my first 20 oz bottle. The second must be drank while eating my salad. Then I have one more to get in before leaving for the day. The rest of the water I drink is in glasses at home but at least 2-3 16 oz glasses in the evening too.

yeah, I agreed with this discussion more water less fat. I was a fat boy I do GYM and also use diet foods for less fat but the result I checked after drinking water at least 8 or 10 glasses in a single day is the best way to less fat. Now I lose my weight without diet but I'm doing GYM regularly this is not only if you will drink more water you can less your fat you must be doing some exercise with this formula.

Generally speaking, drinking plenty of water helps in this case. And it's not just a lot of water. It also depends on what kind of water you drink. You have to be careful about the filtration of water. Now I have a choice of brands like zero water vs brita to buy a pitcher with a filter. And purify the water regularly. That way you won't have any problems with your health and it will help you lose weight.

Hii you are talking about more water=less fat.
1. Drinking more water can make you burn more calories.
2.Drinking water before meal can reduce appetite.
3. Drinking more water is linked to reduce calories intake and lower risk of gain weight.
