Virtual loss
 

I discovered a web site that is kinda fun -- and may be motivating. You upload a full length picture, enter your current weight and height and say how much you want to lose. It will give you before and after pictures. There seems to be a limit on how much loss you can put in however I found it motivating. The site is at redbookmag.com. It is free to use. Mary
