My own challenge-to lose 20lbs by july31rst-all welcome to join
 
Starting weight as of 5/22/11 -299lbs
goal weight for 7/31/11-279lbs

Sure, I'll participate, though I'm only averaging around 2 lbs. a week these days.

I'll call 243 my starting weight with a goal of 223 by 07/31 and we'll see how it goes!

Sure! I'll give it a run! Maybe this is what I need to get me motivated again! I have 30 more lbs to lose total so this will be a good chunk of that gone!

I am at 183.2 today that would put me at 163.3 on July 31. That would make me very happy!! Hope this is the motivation I need!!

Weight 250.9 lbs.
17 day diet = dead. Lost ten pounds but the diet is extreme. Cannot live on chicken, veggies and yogurt for long.

Looks like 20 off by July 31st is pretty much in the bag for me. Now, how's everyone else (OP included) doing?

May 24th: 243
June 27th: 228

5 more to go for this challenge.
