Can I keep it??
Hello everyone! My normal "weigh in" day is on Fridays, but during the week I step on the scale to keep myself in check. Today it had a number on it that I haven't seen in probably 4 years. 1.5 lbs LOWER than last friday!! Can I keep it???:D

I always keep lower numbers and give back higher ones! :D
It's weird, I can have a 5 lb (or more) difference from one day to the next. If I'm high, I'll check again the next day--if I'm low, well, I take it. So, enjoy, is my advice! Regards, Michael |

Yes, I guess you can keep it, but only so long as you promise to feed & water it, take it for walks and clean up after it. Oh, wait we're talking about a drop on the scale not a puppy. Oh shoot yeah girl, you can keep it, own that bad boy!!!

Keep it, frame it, revel in it, and post it! Anything is fair game. The way I see it, you can always get on the scale and see higher than your true weight (water retention, etc.), but it's a physical impossibility to weigh less.
So that number is yours! The nurse at my doc's office always tells me, when I ask to take off my shoes, that I can take off everything down to mascara if I think it'll help :). |
Thank you all! I'm going to keep it, own it, post it, and enjoy it!! :) This makes me only 6 lbs away from my short term goal! Yeay!!

just keep it up..and it will be lower on Friday ;)
