You might try doing some reading on this site.

Its a blog for females, by females. Specifically focuses on nutrition and exercise. Its has been an absolute godsend for me!

Krista runs the sight. She had weight issues most of her life, but is now a tight, lean, strong women. She uses her years of research, and trial and error to educate others. Enjoy!

You may benefit from doing shorter but more much intense cardio workouts. HITT trianing. This works well for me.
