All week long the weather has been perfectly fine here, some 22° C and lots of sun. Yeah! (Should do for some outdoor activity :-) )

Chillin' down in sunny Los Angeles! I started using FD just because I was curious how much I was eating, was shocked to find out how randomly I'd been snacking and munching! I'm better about that now!

for motivation try other discussion groups, there is one in support group for women that is titled what motivates you, i love it! also based on the amount of weight you need to lose there are clubs you can join. have fun!
