Hello All,

I am setting this up during Deanna's absence post and be merry!

I was 237.6 this morning down from 242.

I hope she's ok too. Guess I'm in the first time zone then. So only 1lb for me! Can't believe it as I've been sooooo good this week and have done loads of exercise and eaten nothing unhealthy at all!! This is the slowest weight loss ever.

Anyway, down to 164

Hi all. 183lbs bang on this morning. that's down 2.5lbs on last week. Hick, I am I the UK too! And why so sad? 1lb off is better than nothing and is still a pound towards your goal!

I do hope Deanna is okay, perhaps she is on holiday. It's nice to see that the thread is still going in her absence though. Here's to another week everyone!

Thank you farr1022! I am sorry I have been absent, this week has been crazy but in a good way. I promise I will post everyone's weight tomorrow after everyone has had a chance to weigh in today. I got everything from last week but just didn't have time to get it posted!

Down 3 pounds this week. After a very slow start I am on target for my goal of 130 by March 31 (my birthday). Now 144 so 10 pounds since the beginning of the year (actually 143.5 but I always record in full pounds:p)

Our total weight loss for last week was 49 pounds!! We are staying consistent- the week before was 50. I hope we can beat it this week :)

I am down to 177 from 179 so 2 lbs this week for me.

Deanna, it's great to see you on. Glad that you are okay :). Thank you Farr for setting up a thread this week. Well, I'm happy to report that I am down 3.5 pounds from 141.5 last week to 138 pounds this week! :cool:

Big day for me, I hit my goal weight I set last March.:D

Last week 2/5: 165.2
This week 2/12: 160.8
4.4 lb. loss....WooHoo!!

I would like to thank FitDay for keeping things in perspective,
I would like to thank Anytime Fitness gym for being just right around the corner to me.
And I would like to thank my Ipod for having the music to keep me pumped and going the extra distance.

But seriously tho, looking back a year ago, I was drunk,fat and stupid and my doctor
was the catalyst to get me to change my life. I feel a million times better!!
So,If you're struggling and can't see the light at the end of the tunnel, just keep doing it, you will get there!

Down 1 lb this week. Disappointing cause I exercised alot and ate really well. Oh well, just keep at it I guess! I'm at 183.

I was a little worried mid week but I changed my routine up and worked my tail off and managed a 3 pound loss,it was a tough week and had to resort to walking my usual 5 miles a day.I am at 244 now from 247.25.

224.6 today, no loss, but no gain either. It could be due to some weight fluctuation. Hopefuly I will be down #2 next week to make up for it.

I am now 242 lb, down 2lb this week. The 230's are calling my name....

I'm 256 down 1 ; the last few days I've increased my calories to 1,200; will try this week to stay between 1200-1300 . I really want to see a big # next friday. No more being dizzy since I increased my calories, will see Dr. to get bloodwork results soon.

Tomorrow morning I will post the total lost this week and the overall total so far. I am so happy to see so many people sticking with this. It really is motivating even after doing this for a little over a year :) You guys ROCK!

I hope I'm not too late. Here's my weight for the last three Fridays...165 161 161 no weight loss this week :( Started exercising so hopefully that will get me going. Congrats to everyone. The extra accountabilty is motivating.

Deanna, if you needed my starting weight, it was 168.5 on January 25th. So I've actually lost 8.5 so far. I was 160 this morning...Finally. Yay me!

Great to see you back deanna and thank you again for doing this. Great job everyone. And I mean everyone, even if you gained or stayed the same. The way I look at it is that this is a journey we are all making together, there will be weeks when I don't lose and probably weeks that I gain a bit. I have a very long road ahead of me, a lot of us do. I am grateful for every little bit of help and encouragement, and this thread is a big part of that.

Great job again this week and thanks again deanna, it's great to see my loss on here along with everyone else's over the last few weeks. :)

Sorry I got stuck in an airport all day Friday and forgot to weigh in. I went up slightly to 153.5. I'll have to figure out how to fit in exercising while on the road for business the weeks I travel! Thanks
