Sorry Kaskat! I had it on the spreadsheet but overlooked it in posting the weights. It is updated now. Great job you are doing :)

If I missed anyone else please let me know. That is a lot of numbers for me to type and I hate to leave anyone out!

Deanna, if you needed my starting weight, it was 168.5 on January 25th. So I've actually lost 8.5 so far. I was 160 this morning...Finally. Yay me!

Great to see you back deanna and thank you again for doing this. Great job everyone. And I mean everyone, even if you gained or stayed the same. The way I look at it is that this is a journey we are all making together, there will be weeks when I don't lose and probably weeks that I gain a bit. I have a very long road ahead of me, a lot of us do. I am grateful for every little bit of help and encouragement, and this thread is a big part of that.

Great job again this week and thanks again deanna, it's great to see my loss on here along with everyone else's over the last few weeks. :)

Hi Deanna,
I didn't have time to post yesterday, but here's my weight: 158.8, up 1 lb. I'm pretty bummed but I'm not looking back, just forward.

Sorry I got stuck in an airport all day Friday and forgot to weigh in. I went up slightly to 153.5. I'll have to figure out how to fit in exercising while on the road for business the weeks I travel! Thanks
