How much are you going to lose?

Hey coco, how did you do that? That sounds great. Right now, I am afraid the weight loss isn't coming quick enough for me, and this is where I get discouraged. I know I haven't been on here that long (or at the eating right and exercising that long), but this is really getting to me.

Well I'm starting new again at 5'5" and 222lbs (should I be making a wish? lol) and I'd like to get to a normal range, about 145lbs. That would make me happy. More would be nice if it happens by the time I'm down there, because I miss shopping for that small a size! My lowest weight was in the 130's. I'm not going to push it though.
My current goal though is to be at 180 by Xmas time. Don't want to go too fast.

I'm currently, 227 and 5'6.
I did a bod pod to get a baseline last week and I was about 43% BF. I had 134 lbs of lean mass. I plan to put on some muscle (or at least try) while losing weight.
Hopefully, gain 10 pounds of muscle and lose about 50 pounds which will put me at around 20% or 178 or so.
From there I'd like to get sub 15%, which would be around 168 pounds.

Morbidly obese.
Any tips on starting out an exercise program for someone who weighs like over 400 lbs? I'd like to lose 170 more pounds. I have lost 40 since April and now need a starting exercise program easy does it. lol. When I reach 270 I will decide if I want to set another weight loss goal. Hopefully I will get fit and healthier as I go.
