How much are you going to lose?

First off, I have to say how much I love this site. I used it once before but never went to the discussion boards. I should have, all of you on here are so wonderful and supportive, I can tell just by reading the discussions. So thank all of you for being so amazing. It makes this that much easier, losing weight, knowing there are others out there to support you.
As for how much I want to lose:
I was 204 at my heaviest a few years ago. I dropped to 152lbs but then went back up to 172lbs over a year or so. I yo-yo dieted for a while trying to get back down to 150lbs. But now I hope I am on the right track.
Currently I weigh 167lbs. My goal is to weigh 140, a weight I dare to even dream of. But for now my mini-goals is 157lbs, and then 150lbs.
So basically, I want to lose 27lbs.

So I am just begining my journey today. I am 260 lbs and looking to get down to a healthier weight. My goal is 180 by next June. But I would like to get to 150 even if it takes me years to do so. I am excited to be a part of this process!

Hi! I am a 57 year old female. I am 5'7" and have a large body frame. I just started my weight loss program three days ago. My starting weight was 245.6 and I am now at 243.3. I want to be down to 135 by September, but I think I will attain that goal long before then. Ultimately I want to reach 160 and so I have 83.3 more puonds to go.

I'm an 18 year-old female, im 5'2 and I weigh 128 pounds. I am quite muscular and want to define my muscles by lowering my weight to 115. I am petit and not overweight but I am in training this summer cardio-wise for the next hockey season and would like to shed these 13 pounds.

I'm currently 235, hoping to lose about 115 pounds. I refuse to have surgical interventions; I figure if I can just jumpstart the first 10, then I can do 10 more, then 10 more, until I'm done. I'm just keeping my eye on small goals. My first goal is to get from size 20 pants to size 16.

Oh My God. This is soo annoying. I need help. Okay so I am 95 pounds and need to gain weight. Why doesn't this site support that??? No sites ever do and I can't do it by myself

I am 44 yrs at started at 198lbs, right now I am hovering around 192-193lbs. I started watching what I ate about a month ago. I am 5'2" and got a good look at myself in a bathing suit at the Y and realized I have to get more serious about this. Good Luck on your journey and if you need support, just let me know.
