I'm off from Tomorrow till April 9th. Vegas then birthdays for 2 of my kids. Being away from my routine is the worst diet breaker I run into. I figured if I had my own thread I may try harder to stick to a healthy lifestyle. My plan:

Take healthy food on plane

Eat healthy - 500 calorie defecit 5 days out of 7

Keep active - walk, swim, hike

Limit alcohol -

journal everything

log into fitday daily.

Hello Mary, Albie here. It seems to me that you have given great forethought to your plan.

The only thing you may have left out is to bring along Hans and Franz from SNL so that they can "PUMP YOU UP!!!!!" :D

I may quit eating as It is very hard to journal using my blackberry. I guess that's a new dirt tool. Doing fairly well. Ony have 400 calores left for tonight. I'd better go for a swim.

Great job so far, Mary; make sure you enjoy yourself, too! Being on holiday is a whole new animal when you've made a lifestyle change. Find the right balance and stick with it!

Thanks. I am ithnk a beer diet will be easIest to journal. 12 a day should be 1500 calories

New diet. No time for supper while winning poker tornament. Calories under 1500 for day. Back to healthier. Lifestyle tomorrow.

Keeping up with journaling. Left half my breakfast on my plate. No scales so can't weigh in but clothes are fitting well. Conference. Over so should get lots of walking today
