Question
Hi everyone,
I am new to this forum and I have a question. I was doing a Herbalife diete a few months and continued doing so up until i decided to check out Fit day. I started my diet as of yesterday. With Herbalife I was maintaining a very low calorie diet in which I noticed a decrease in weight. My question is if I increase my caloric intake to a minimum for fat burning on what Fitday recomends ,will I gain back weight? or will I continue burning fat?? Thanks in advance |

The only way to know what works for you is to try it out and see how your body responds, then make changes accordingly.
