pizza, and I am allergic to just about every part of it

My weakness has more to do with the time of day than with the food item. The time after kids are in bed and before when I go to bed is my weakest point. If I can get through that time without eating I have done well for the whole day. The rest of the day is easy for me!

crblack, I have the exact same problem! I used the old change a habit with another habit technique and it worked. I started painting after the kids went to bed, that kept my hands and mind busy, then off to bed without going into the kitchen. It took me well over a month of doing so religiously.
