Thanks, I'm actually one who thought to lose weight, you gotta do cardio.
Weight lifting is to build bulky muscle. etc. :) I'm gunna start lifting some heavy cans of food and stuff, since I don't actually have any weight right now. Also didn't know how many calories muscle burns. Awesome. |

newbie!
I'm a newbie to working out and I've done circuit training as my weight training. so in-between machines (only 45 seconds-1 minute per machine), I do jumping jacks or run in place! It mixes things up, is fun, and is a work out. =D
