I lost 2lbs- down to 179. I am excited to be in the 170's! I have lost almost half of my body weight since starting in Jan 09. Only 7 more pounds and I will be half the person I was!

I'm down 3 lbs. to 151. I'm still amazed! I was 230 a year and a half ago and for the last four or five months I've been stuck. I ramped up the exercise and went back to putting in all food I eat and controlling my calorie intake to approx. 1200 (doing Atkins type diet) and it came off. Good luck to everyone on here, I know you can do it and remember to just stick to it and you'll be successful!!

Well I'm down 1 lb. I'm at 184. This was my first week. I did great getting back on track with healthier eating and working out 4 or 5 times this past week. I'm looking forward to better results next Friday. My mini-goal is 178 by end of Feb.

Hi all,

I'm new to this board and am weighting in at 186. I started at 247 Jan 1, 2009, got down to 185 before the holidays and the went up to 188. So I'll consider a loss of 2 for 186. Goal is 175, secret goal (the goal I would really like but can't believe I can make it) is 145. But reading about other people that started at 185 and made it down that far inspires me! I am using alli, good food choices and exercise best I can (I have some physical issues). thanks for creating this weight in.

Hey guys! Great job so far everyone!

I am down to 206... Which is a 5 pound loss for this week! I do not know how I did it but hey, I'm not gonna complain. I can not wait to be under 200 pounds again.
