So far I am down about 17 pounds. This morning I picked up a 15lb dumbell at the gym and marveled that that amount of fat is off of my body already!

im excited bout weighin in tomorrow! i just started this lsat thursday. Normally i weigh on sundays, but been waitin for tomorrow w/th everyone. I had a rollercoaster week though, so alittle nervous, not expectin a big number drop, but hopefully sumthin to keep my motivation.
Is it better to weigh in AM or PM? I usually do first thing in mornin, but jut wonderin

I'm a little nervous because I have not been stepping on the scale as much as usual this week so unsure exactly where I am at!
Looking forward to getting into some new numbers soon...will be leaving the 240's, and will be down into the 230's!

I am nervous too, but have done really well on keeping the calories in check. I did the treadmill at least 3 times, maybe 4, I can't remember! I think I need to write it down...oh I guess I can check it on fitday!! Duh!! LOL!!
