Check out the Tapp Brothers home training series on YT, primal fitness are great, no equipment exercises. They haven't posted anything in a few months but they are my favorites when I need to get inspired for a 'something new' workout.

I would say very easy tips for losing your weight by just make a routine of your daily life , just try to walk after eating specially after dinner walk at least 20mins you will lose your weight it is my personnel experience ...

Get at least an hour of exercise every day. Running, jogging, and other forms of moderate physical activity should be a part of your daily routine even though you don't have to kill yourself doing them.
