A good night’s rest is essential for general health and weight maintenance. Poor sleep disrupts important hormones, including those involved in metabolism.Getting less than 6 hours of sleep a night can increase a person’s risk of being overweight or obese.

I have not been feeling well for a long time, I have been eating very poorly lately, sleeping very poorly.
I go to bed at 5 in the morning and wake up at 12 in the afternoon.
There is no motivation for work and relationships at all, my mood is bad all the time.
