If I'm going to eat rice, it's whole grain brown rice, about a 1/4 cup cooked. I stir fry a lot and have a small amount of rice with what-ever I'm wokking.

I'm with istucker, small amounts of rice with veggies not just a flat carb. I don't usually stirfry though.
I scoop dry rice with a single shot espresso cup, cook it in n broth and veggies, topping again and again with small amounts of broth. No fats at all, just stir in that nonstick pan until you have creamy risotto. |
