“Focus instead on choosing the right portions of healthy foods 80 to 90%of the time,” she says. “That, paired with a healthy exercise routine, can lead to long-term weight loss success. And it leaves some wiggle room to enjoy ‘fun foods’ occasionally without feeling guilt or resentment.”

Don’t be afraid of eating fats.
Your body still requires healthy fats no matter what eating plan you choose. Olive oil and avocado oil are great choices for including in your eating plan.
Other fats such as butter and coconut oil should be used only in moderation due to their higher saturated fat content

I don’t believe in things like you must not eat this and that. What I believe in is that you must have a controlled diet. It’s not a good idea to eat anything beyond the need. You must know your limits and eat all that you want but in moderation so that it doesn’t affect your health. Also, also exercise regularly because that will help you maintain a healthy body weight.
