More sleep for weight lose.

We also know that the way we think and process our emotions is affected by inadequate sleep, so it’s easy to connect this with an impaired ability to make sound choices in many areas of life, including with food. If we flip the coin, we can safely assume that when we are well rested, we will make better choices. When it comes to eating, that would mean that we would eat when we are truly hungry, and eat just until satisfied. Our hormones are also going to be better balanced because our bodies got the time needed to sleep, repair, and refresh.

Good sleep good health

It is true that good sleep helps you to be healthy and if you are working out then you need at least 7-8 hours of good sleep.

I use listening to audiobooks about weight loss to help me sleep, they knock me right out. I am not joking. In my imagination I think I am absorbing information while I sleep, I don’t know if that is true, but fact is I sleep very soundly while they are playing anyway. You can get free audiobooks if you have a public library card. I have lost weight.

I think more sleep is not required but 8 hours is maximum you can do..
IMO more sleep get definitely led to weight loss, because of no time for eating more.

I just notice that I swell if I don’t sleep enough, and I look like a fat bear:(

It’s best to sleep for 7-8 hours a day. Anything less or more than that can affect the normal functioning of your body and you may even gain weight.
