Default Push up and lunge once every 2 days

To make your body firmer, you need to do push-ups and lunges (strides forward with one foot) every day, 12 times each three times a day. Pushing forward can exercise the upper body, while the lunge has the effect of strengthening the lower body muscles such as buttocks and thighs.
