Lost 50lbs but I still look fat?

I’ve lost 50lbs since last year and I have noticed a bit of a physical difference. My belly has gone down a lot and I’ve gone down a size but in pictures I still look fat. My face is still very chubby and my arms and legs still look big. Maybe my stomach is the only thing that has burned fat while everything else hasn’t but most people I know look completely different in all parts of their body after losing this amount of weight. Do I maybe have to lose more weight in order to begin looking smaller? Do I have to exercise more? Everyday I walk and do some low impact fat burning cardio. I am also at a calorie deficit.

it could just be how you are seeing yourself. What does everyone else say?

Congrats on your loss. I lost 40 - 45 and still looked fat and flabby. Once I started weight training I started to see a real difference in how my body looked. Things got firmer and smaller. It made a real difference for me. After I started lifting weights (and I started low and worked up to the heaviest weights I could do and still finish 3 sets of 12) my weigh loss on the scale slowed because I was gaining muscle, but the inches started coming off a LOT faster. As a 60 y o woman, it's good to keep the bones strong so I have continued with it and lost a total of90 pounds at this point. Took a long time but it has been totally worth it.
