First, you have to leave all the junk food and make a healthy nutritious diet plan for yourself. Make a daily routine for doing exercises or if you don’t want to do it, yoga will also help you. But you have to make sure that you don't eat Junk food. Otherwise, you will not get the body shape that you want.

  1. Do not skip breakfast. Skipping breakfast will not help you lose weight. ...
  2. Eat regular meals. ...
  3. Eat plenty of fruit and veg. ...
  4. Get more active. ...
  5. Drink plenty of water. ...
  6. Eat high fibre foods. ...
  7. Read food labels. ...
  8. Use a smaller plate.

Well balanced carb/proteins and less than 1000 cals/day. Cut sugar, white flour, NO junk, NO added fats(mayo, butter, dressings etc)
Eat or drink 100-150 cals w/in 1/2 hour waking up. Five 100-150 cal fuelings (every 2-3 hrs) and one lunch or dinner about 300 cals (lean meat, poultry & vegis only) Drink LOTS of water ....at least 64 oz/day plus extra 8 oz for ea 25 lbs you need to lose! Do not do heavy exercise/cardio 1 st 30 days.

On my way......Ive lost 20 lbs in 2 months!!!!

1. Start to track your daily calories eaten here on fitday for a few days. This sets your baseline - see where you are at now. Be brutually honest with yourself and weigh your food (eye-balling it won't work) if you mostly eat home made stuff; or enter the calories from the packages etc. that you eat if you don't make your own food.

2. Calculate your Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE) by plugging your height and present weight into one of those online TDEE calculators, select sedentary & see what calories you need to eat to maintain your current weight.

3. Then after a few days tracking where you know what you usually eat, and now you know what you'd need to keep your current weight, start to eat at a calorie deficit. People approach this in different ways. Some keep a 500 cal daily deficit; others may do a bigger deficit on weekdays and smaller (or none) on weekends. The bigger the deficit, the faster the weight. Most people recommend that without a doctor's supervision women should NOT go below 1200 kcal per day and men should NOT go below 1500 kcal per day.

4. Keep eating at a calorie deficit. Generally speaking, don't "eat back" your calories.
